In Mexico they are very into the cows

In Mexico they are very into the cows, the whole cows. They love all of the meat including the uterus, udders, and testicles. They really don’t eat tons of red meat though, only in certain places. The mexicans mainly eat just pork and chicken; because of that, a Mexicans diet is a lot healthier than an Americans.
Mexico is where tomatoes were originally made(grown)! Traditional guacamole doesn’t include lime or garlic. In Mexico garlic is used more often than lime but it’s still strange from those that live in different regions. Mexico also isn’t the inventor of the ‘margarita’, a German ambassador is. Also, ‘Old el Paso’ tortillas were actually canned up until the 1980’s. Taco Bell originated from Mexico!

Mexico’s climate is kind of all over the place. All around the borders it is extremely hot and humid because of the scorching heat and the humidity from the water. Even during the winter the beaches and coastal areas are still warm. Closer inland the surface area gets even hotter but the humidity starts to go away. It’s kind of like a desert on the middle of the plain but the extreme temperature will bake you. Mexico city has a super high elevation from the ocean anyways, seven thousand five hundred and forty-five feet to be exact, above sea level. Mexico City can reach freezing temperatures up on the elevation because it is the highest point. Literally thousands of feet above where everyone else is. Mexico also has the smallest volcano in the whole entire world.
